I'd like to express my gratitude and love for Prem and Dave and admiration for their workshop and journey. Kalki and I were given tools through demonstration, meditation, games, and analysis to better understand the self and our partner. We used to focus on our problems and devoted less time to the way we touch each other, the way we listen, and mostly the way we address each others' needs and requests. We started doing so gently and thoughtfully, without cynicism and force. We learnt to breathe together, feel the warmth of our hearts and our skin, and transmit that warmth before reacting to words or tones. We let compassion and playfulness guide us rather than purposeful problem solving. What we gained also made a big difference in our communication with our little daughter. The work process was so much fun.  It was so thoughtfully balanced between mind and heart. Thanks, Prem and Dave We love you.

I am happy we crossed paths with Prem and Dave. In our sessions, we learnt to observe things for what they are, specific facts, and not to colour and interpret them. Guy and I found tools to ask for different forms of love, to draw boundaries and to give consent.
My biggest take away was that healing does not necessarily mean resolving problems or finding solutions, it means making space and time for the solutions to arise. Certain games helped us remain present and engaged with what the body was telling us, to listen to our hearts and let go of preconceived ideas in the mind.

It was special to learn and feel how beautiful connections can be, also with people you never met. In this way .....I learned a lot about myself, my boundaries, to listen to all the sensations that are coming up in this moment, giving all my presence to someone and to just  be myself. Hugs can be so magical, you should give it a try ;)

There are so many things that opened up for me to learn, to understand and evolve for the better of myself and others. Things that are not usually spoken of or taught and we explore it together as a circle that comes together each week. Learning to hold ourselves and others in all of the vulnerability which itself is the base to connect authentically with anyone. All the things I wondered, and ever have been on the topics, that they address gives are so empowering and encouraging of ourselves to stand in our power and also have the other stand in theirs..

I felt, the experience with you allowed me to comfortably understand where my edge is, in terms of the line where being comfortable and not being comfortable meet. I feel this is fundamental to anyone who wishes to experience any growth, in any kind of relationships with themselves and with others

Relating authentically can be playful is more profound than it sounds. I realised this when soon after attending a workshop, my partner and I were discussing something that was triggering for both us. The conversation was becoming exhausting as we both tip-toed to not offend the other, when suddenly I asked if we use one of the activities from the workshop and it changed our moods immediately. What I liked most about their work is that it is simple and heart-felt and it meets the learner where they are.
