Emotional Intimacy: 3-Part Series

At The Heartful Path, our vision is to contribute to the creation of a fresh societal narrative, one that embraces and normalises emotional intimacy, making it more readily available to all.

For a little taster of our work, we are running a 3-week intro series ONLINE to playfully explore emotional intimacy and connect to a like-hearted community.

⏰ This will consist of 1 x call per week on Monday 9th, 16th, 23rd Sept @ 21:45-22:45 IST.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

We invite you to explore different embodied practices which can quickly create deep, meaningful human connection. In our experience, such practices can steer people towards a greater sense of wholeness - a defragmentation of the self into a more cohesive whole - through freely expressing their true experience in the company of others. It is an approach to cultivating more genuine, fulfilling, and mutually rewarding relationships through social and emotional development.

WHO CAN JOIN?

This is designed for everyone whether you're in a romantic relationship or not. No experience neccessary.

IS THIS A SAFE SPACE?

The cornerstone of The Heartful Path's commitment is to facilitate safe, trusting, confidential and supportive spaces to heal and expand, respecting each other's boundaries. There could be practices which require physical, emotional, mental and energetic strength and involvement.

ARE THERE INTIMATE PRACTICES?

In terms of our emotional being, some practices can get a little edgy but you can, at any point, decide to opt out. Clear demonstrations will be provided. There is no nudity or explicit sexuality in this offering.
